                Introduction

                According to the horizontal vibration test standard set by the norm  ISO16130, DIN65151, DIN25201,NFE25511,DIN925 and Junker theory, threaded fasteners are determined for the locking behavior( anti-loosening property) under dynamic transverse loading conditions in a certain frequency and constant amplitude condition. Employing the servo automatic tightening device, in accordance with the specific initial clamping force or torque, and then launch the test, the system will record and analyze the variation of the fastening axial force, loosing angle, amplitude and horizontal thrust according to a set of test parameters. Through the correlation test curve, the self-locking performance (anti-loose performance) and technical index results of fastening anti-loose products can be analyzed in the vibration environment.
